When will I receive my items?

Orders placed before 17:00 Monday - Friday will be dispatched that day for next working day delivery.

We aim to deliver to most UK postcodes next working day. Please see below for price structures.

All order over £150.00 net - FREE DELIVERY

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes all orders over the value of £150.00 net will qualify for FREE next working day delivery.

Method of delivery.

Your order will be delivered by APC on a next working day Courier delivery service. This service is subject to stock availability.

Can I change my delivery address?

Simply update your delivery address by logging into your account and selecting ‘My Addresses' option from the drop down menu. Here you can edit, remove, add & make default addresses.

I have received an incorrect item what should I do?

We’re very sorry you have an item that isn’t what you ordered. Please call us on 01543 411221 or email sales@hexis.co.uk

I would like to return an item what should I do?

You may return most items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 14 days to return the items.
